Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; post transactions, ensure legal requirements and compliance.
  • Develop system to account for financial transactions.
  • Help the accountants to maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Maintain historical records by scanning and saving all documents.
  • Prepare monthly company reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing business/company information.
  • Make sure payments are sent and received accurately and on time.
  • Keep track of partner and vendor names, accounts, passwords, and related financial information.
  • Work with different departments to place and track orders and achieve company’s goals.
  • Prepare payroll information for accountants and send payments to contractor weekly.
  • Prepare invoices and check emails.
  • Keep ongoing communication with the main accounting department.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in accomplishing all of the above tasks.
Job type: Full-time, in-office:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
Experience:
  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required).
  • QuickBooks: 2 years (Required).
  • Accounting: 2 years (Required).
